Filler cannot fix texture
Volume restores shape. It does nothing for crepe, pigment, pore size, or dullness, which is what most people actually mean when they say they look tired.
Sequencing the two together
The usual order is skin first or in parallel: a peel or resurfacing series and medical-grade skincare, with injectables layered in once the canvas is healthy.
Sun protection is the whole program
Every dollar spent on lasers is protected or wasted by what happens with SPF over the following year. Mississippi summers are not gentle.
